Terms & Conditions

 

The terms & conditions will take effect when the client accepts the proposed fitting dates and the £25 booking fee is paid.

 

BOOKING FEE

• The booking fee is non refundable and is seperate from the cost of alterations. It secures the clients allocation in the Giulietta Bridal schedule . 

• Giulietta Bridal cannot guarantee dates offered until the booking fee is paid,

FITTING CHARGE

• ​The £70 appointment fee covers the First & Second fittings, Insurance, Storage and Steaming the Wedding Gown /Dresses ready for collection.

• Additional fittings required are charged at £35​​

• Giulietta Bridal aims to achieve completion of the alterations in two fittings, sometimes this is not possible due to various reasons ,which will be highlighted .

 

WEIGHT LOSS/GAIN

• Giulietta Bridal will be supportive in the journey, but is limited to a timeline.

• The client is required to be at the weight goal at First Fitting so the fitting schedule can run smoothly.

• Weight loss or Weight gain between fitting or after the second fittings will incur further charges and rush fees to accommodate the extra work required.

SAMPLE SALE GOWNS

• Gowns are required to be cleaned (if necessary) prior to alterations taking place. Giulietta Bridal does not offer a cleaning service.

• Re beading , fixing torn or broken elements on a Sample Sale gown will be charged at £35/ per hour and will be agreed in advance.

 

COLLECTING THE GOWN

• A suitable date will be discussed and arranged at the second fiting.

• The gown will be steamed both inside and out ahead of the collection time.

• It is crucial the client is happy with the fit, finish and condition of the gown before it leaves the Giulietta Bridal Studio, Manchester Road, Mossley.

• Giulietta Bridal cannot be held responsible for any damage, wear and tear, creasing whilst traveling to its destination. This includes damage to the gown on the wedding day , including damage to the delicate fabrics, guests mishaps.

• PLEASE raise any issues as soon as possible after leaving Giulietta Bridal Manchester Road, Mossley.

SERVICE DISPUTE

• Giulietta Bridal will endeavour to solve any dispute regarding the service received or the contents of the Terms & Conditions.

• Giulietta Bridal reserves the right to refuse an alteration request to any client and under any circumstances.
