Sam was absolutely incredible. My full lace dress needed a lot of alterations, which I was quite apprehensive of, given the intricate detail. Sam spent time going through the process and was honest about the timeframes of getting my dress complete. she accomodated appointments to made sure I was happy with the process and any adjustments that she wasn't certain with, she made sure were approved before going ahead. I cannot recommend Sam enough.

Sam’s customer service was amazing, she was the support I needed at a stressful time and Sam
went above and beyond to help and make it easier for me. She’s also incredibly talented - I wanted a very specific bustle for my ballgown which had one of
the longest trains she’d seen in a while. And she didn’t compromise - she found a technique that we were both happy with. I will recommend Sam to
